If "Free Gift" selected is unavailable, Total Media reserves the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value. Sorry we cannot exchange, accept returns or issue monetary credits in lieu of a "Free Gift". Offer is void where prohibited.
 
You can easily forfeit the "Free Gift" by not selecting any item from the list.
